Our elk antlers are sourced here in the USA in the upper north west and our other chews and bones are sourced in South America. Argentina and Columbia are the two main areas. From there we inspect them individually and package each bag.

We provide shipping to all of USA only.

We process and ship most of our orders within 72 hours. Delivery time will be different depending on where you are, more than 85% of the orders arrive within 5-7 days. Additional delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays etc.

Some of our items ship from our international warehouse, and a select few ship from our USA based warehouse.

1. Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.
2. Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”
3. Click "Check Out" in the pop up window.
4. In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method"
5. Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen
6. Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.

An email will be sent to you within 48 hours from the time of your purchase. If you did not receive it, you can check if it is in the spam/junk folder. There should be a tracking number inside the email together with the courier used to deliver your package, please go to the courier's website and enter the tracking number to track your order. If the email was not sent, you can send us an email at info@k9warehouse.com with your order number/ details, and we will double check your order and send you the tracking number.
